Admission for 1 day to both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. You can visit both Universal Parks on the same day.  Once you pre-order your tickets, you will receive a confirmation number by email.  Bring this confirmation email to Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure to the Guest Services Desk or the electronic kiosks to pick up your tickets.  Please order these tickets at least 3 days in advance of pickup.  These tickets are non-refundable. 

 

You also get roundtrip shuttle transfers with this ticket purchase from any Disney Hotel or Orlando Hotel to Universal Studios. The shuttle transfers are with Mears Transportation. Once you submit your ticket order, we will email you an E-Document from Universal Studios that you must print and bring with you to Universal Studios. The E-Document lists the details on where to pick up your tickets at Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure. The E-Document also includes your voucher that you print and bring with you to Disney for your shuttle transportation. To arrange your shuttle, you will call the number on your E-Document 24 hours prior to your day at Universal Studios to schedule your pick up time. The shuttles runs in the morning up to 10 AM for your pickup at your Disney or Orlando Hotel to go to Universal Studios. Then the shuttle from Universal Studios (back to your hotel) starts at 3:15 PM and run every hour (15 minutes after the hour) through 2:15 AM. When you are visiting the Universal Studios Theme Parks, you will call the same number on your E-Document, 90 minutes prior to when you want to be picked up at the parks to go back to your hotel.
