You can pick up your Universal Studios tickets at the Guest Services Desk located at the front entrance to Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure. You can pick up your tickets from either location. You will need to show a picture ID and your confirmation number (that we will email you) to pick up your tickets. The name of the person on the reservation has to be the same person who picks up the tickets at Universal Studios. Book your tickets online with our secure shopping cart or call us at 877-918-8941.
