The tickets are only picked up at the gates at Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure. Once you order the tickets, you will receive an email confirmation from Universal. You will take this email confirmation with you to Universal Studios to pick up your tickets. You can pick up your tickets at the front entrance to Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure.
