UNIVERSAL STUDIOS FLORIDA TICKETS SHIPPING OPTIONS: Universal Studios does not mail tickets. You can only pick up your Universal Studios tickets at the front entrance to either Universal Studios or Islands of Adventure. You can pick up your tickets at Universal Guest Services or at the electronic kiosks at the front entrance. To pick up your tickets, you will need to bring a picture ID (drivers license or passport) and your confirmation email. Once you order your tickets, one of our Universal Studios Specialists will personally handle your ticket order and email you a ticket confirmation email. You will need to bring this email to Universal Studios to pick up your tickets.
DISNEY WORLD FLORIDA TICKETS SHIPPING OPTIONS: If you pre-order your tickets with us, you can either have your tickets mailed to your home for no additional cost or you can pick them up at Disney World Will Call.
Mailed to Home: To have your tickets mailed to your home, you do have to live within the United States. You also have to order your tickets at least 20 days before your Disney World vacation. Disney Ticketing takes 14-20 days to print and mail the tickets to your home. If you are an International Guest, you can only pick up your tickets at Disney World Will Call.
Pick Up at Disney World: If you select Disney Will Call for your tickets, you will pick up your tickets at any of the Disney World Theme Parks including Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, or Disney's Animal Kingdom. You can also pick up your tickets at any Disney World Resort or Downtown Disney Marketplace. To pick up your tickets, you will need to bring a picture ID (drivers license or passport) and your confirmation email. Once you order your tickets, one of our Disney Specialists will personally handle your ticket order and email you a ticket confirmation email. You will need to bring this email to Disney World to pick up your tickets.
DISNEYLAND CALIFORNIA TICKETS SHIPPING OPTIONS: If you pre-order your tickets with us, you can either have your tickets mailed to your home or picked up at Downtown Disney at Disneyland upon arrival.
Mailed to Home: To have your tickets mailed to your home, you do have to live within the United States. You also have to order your tickets at least 15 days before your Disneyland California vacation. If you are an International Guest, you can only pick up your tickets at Disneyland. Disneyland does charge a $15 shipping fee to mail the tickets to you.
Pick Up at Disneyland: If you live outside the United States or are visiting within 15 days, you can select the Will Call pickup. The Will Call pickup is located at the Disney Travel Company Office at Downtown Disney located directly in front of the Disneyland Hotel. You can then take the monorail inside Disneyland or walk to California Adventure. To pick up your tickets, you will need to bring a picture ID (drivers license or passport) and your confirmation email. Disneyland does charge a $30 fee to pick up your tickets at Disneyland upon arrival.
